Designs created using our AI tools are subject to our AI usage terms. You may use these designs on Blackmantle products. The designs may not be copyrightable under current law.
All Blackmantle branding, website content, pre-made designs, and technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or one that doesn't match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur between digital previews and printed products due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackmantle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
