Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, custom-designed items (including AI-generated designs and uploaded artwork) are not eligible for return. However, if there's a defect in printing or the wrong item was sent, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Log into your account and select the item(s) you wish to return. Print your prepaid return label.
Place items in their original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking receipt.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping within the US is free when using our prepaid label. International returns are the customer's responsibility.
Need a different size? Select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when initiating your request. We'll ship the new size as soon as we receive your return.
